The right candidate for this position must be able to understand and process a wide variety of customer calls. The Call Center Representative is part of the customer service department and must be able to resolve any problems that are brought to their attention. A successful candidate will regularly interact with both customers and management and will keep a log of all calls along with all relevant information.
- Resolve customer inquiries.
