Sshrishti Trust is a reputed NGO working in the field of Education for the Early Years, Digital Literacy and Women Empowerment in Delhi and Uttrakhand, India. The organisation has been working in Uttarakhand in the field of digital literacy across Nainital and Almora district through its own centres and government schools.
Currently, the organisation under its flagship programme “Sshrishti - Community Resource Centre - CRN” is running our centres offering –
/ Digital Literacy
/ Remedial Education in Science and Maths along with basic Digital Literacy programme
/ Job-oriented training for select group of students to enable employability and their subsequent employment
Position: Program Manager
Location: Village - Letybunga, Mukteshwar, District. Nainital, Uttarakhand
Required Qualifications and Requisites:
/ CANDIDATE SENIORITY LEVEL - SENIOR LEVEL (ATLEAST 05 YEARS LEAD EXPERIENCE)
/ EXPERIENCE OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION AT STATE LEVEL
/ DOMAIN - DIGITAL EDUCATION/LITERACY/INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
/ LOCATION - UTTRAKHAND
/ The right candidate must have a good academic background with a master’s degree from a reputed institute, preferably in science with Masters in Social Work Degree
/ A good knowledge of hardware, software and advanced computing is must for the job
/ The candidate must be fluent in spoken English and for effective communication must have a good command over writing the language
/ Liaising with government department to secure due permissions and partnerships
/ Should have established network with other civil society organisations in the state and government agencies
/ Contacts with Government Agencies would be an added advantage
/ Open to travel to Delhi/India wide on a short notice
Job Responsibilities:
Program Management
/ Managing the programme in both the districts
/ Liaise with government to secure permissions and sign MOUs for the upcoming programmes
/ Monitoring teaching learning in digital literacy, remedial education and soft skills. The target would be to improve the quality-of-service delivery in all centres and ensure quarterly assessments carried out under direct supervision in each centre
Team Management
/ Motivating and guiding the team
/ Training the teachers and upgrading their skills through regular workshops
/ Assessing the performance of the teachers with the help of feedback from parents and students and submitting the same at the HO in Delhi
/ Visiting all centres regularly as per schedule to give spot tests to check learning levels of students
/ Supervise and Implement project activities based on project implementation strategy
Data Management
/ Effective and timely Reporting - Qualitative and Quantitively to Donors at regular designated intervals in English
/ To organise community mobilisation to collect, collate data, identify households / beneficiaries based on project metrics
/ Track the progress of program activities through monitoring framework
/ Undertake data processing and analyze data collected for monthly, quarterly and annual reports
/ Coordinating with Information Management team to design, develop and implement an efficient MIS
/ Coordinate with the finance team to maintain requisite financial records and support the audit/compliance process
/ Participate in Sshrishti’s research activities and support in ethical compliance for program Monitoring & Evaluation
/ Disseminate findings from monitoring / evaluation data to program and managerial team
/ Recruitment and training of Project facilitators as and when required
/ Ability to make presentations to all stakeholders
/ Ensuring adherence to Sshrishti’s values, policies and guidelines

Remuneration: The remuneration will depend on qualifications and experience of the candidate. However, the salary will be approximately Rs. 50,000/- per month, conveyance expenses will be reimbursed separately
