As an experienced Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality mobile applications for Android devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin or Java programming language
- Participate in the entire mobile application development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and fix bugs and other issues in existing applications
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize application performance and user experience
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Android application development
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin or Java programming language
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and other development tools
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
