Work independently and take care of all admin work viz. facility management, upkeep of office equipment, IT support, VIP movements, MIS, statutory compliance, time & attendance, discipline, joining formalities at Area office and assist Area Manager in making of MIS reports, and various employee engagement & CSR activities

- Promote L&T culture & value systems
- Assistance to SuFin, L&Ts B2B Platform, an ecommerce venture
- Carryout employee engagement activities
- Provide for HR, IT & Admin support
- Carry out CSR/Ladies Club Activities
