The broad KRAs of the role are as under:
Employee life cycle related
- On boarding, induction & integration of lateral joiners.
- Confirmations, transfer and deputations; including overseas mobilization.
- Employee query & grievance handling.
- Resignations, exit interviews & attrition analysis.
Performance Management & Learning
- Objective setting, MTR, FAIR completion & performance conversation.
- Training Need Assessment, Learning Plan and its Deployment.
Employee Communication, Recognition & Engagement:
- Conducting department & project level town halls.
- Driving company’s employee recognition programs & events.
- Driving employee engagement plan.
- Conducting regular interaction with HODs/Project Managers.
- Periodic meetings with Project Teams/ Project team members to know their issues and address it proactively.
MIS & Reporting
- Maintaining related MIS and reporting the same to Head-BP HR & Vertical Head HR.
- Be the eyes & ears of HR and bring the employee related information to the discussion level & close issues.
