Connect-BOOST Process Excellence is an ITG-FRESH department to support business teams in their operational efficiency initiatives and inject automation into processes. Primarily responsible for business analysis, technical support and developing automated solutions (bots) for Finance and Risk teams globally.

The developer will be part of the CONNECT-BOOST - Process Excellence team and will serve overall Finance, Risk and Compliance business teams, developing automate RPA solutions. Contributing to business analysis, development & implementation, establishing standards, processes and, provide sustainable solutions in agile manner.
Direct Responsibilities
The Developer will be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of RPA robot's which will interact with multiple third-party applications primarily using Blue Prism.
- RPA development experience (+2 years) with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism (highly recommendable), Automation Anywhere, UIPath.
- Involvement in AI related projects (NLG, NLP, OCR, Machine Learning) will be a plus
- Analyze data and systems to identify data sourcing, structuring, modeling and transformation requirements.
- Develop prototypes using multiple sourcing, transformation and storage tools.
- Present and explain functionalities, alternatives of different tools and applicability to specific situations and processes.
- Test, monitor and evaluate solutions
- Document applications developed by the team or transferred to the team ex: VM, Robots etc.
- Should be good in project management (multiple projects), and reporting of specific projects assigned to the individual
- Interact with users to understand requirements in a dynamic environment in an agile fashion.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Follow up environment evolutions, maintenance and technical issues
- Ensure all the accesses requests and environment for an RPA Process
- Support maintenance, troubleshooting and management of bots
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Previous Experience in development with programming languages/frameworks (C# .NET, Python, NoSQL, Angular, Java) is mandatory
- Previous experience as analyst in RPA projects is a strong plus
- Ability to work in a multicultural team in-house and remotely
- Should be resilient in approach and Pro-active behavior regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
- High level of analysis and problem solving capability
- Basic office productivity tools (Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to design solutions and prototypes based on requirements or broad ideas.
- Extrapolating business process ideas into comprehensive automated solutions ranging from data acquisition, processing and storage.
- Understand business requirements and translate them in to Technical requirements.
- Experience in waterfall & agile-scrum models in software development life cycle.
- Ability to manage multiple projects through different stages, evolving requirements and conditions.
