About the Role:
We're looking for someone who would join our Founding Team and lead Marketing efforts (Offline & Online) in Nagpur, Raipur, Indore and Bhopal. We're looking for someone who would take responsibility and hire/manage the Marketing team to lead the Offline and Online Marketing Strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Online Marketing Spend on Facebook, Google and Sharechat.
- Manage Offline Marketing Spend on Radio Ads, Hoardings and other unconventional marketing strategies.
- Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns to achieve targets.
- Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.
- Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.
- Ensure that the app, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
- Prepare monthly marketing budget.
- Create monthly reports to keep the marketing department aligned.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Research about the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavors competitively.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification/Degree not required.
- Proven 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing,Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing or a similar role.
- Experience with handling Offline Marketing Spend (Radio Ads, Hoadings, Banners).
- Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills (English).
- Attention to detail.
Compensation:
- ₹4,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per year
- 0.5 - 1.25% ESOPs
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
