Responsibilities:
Contact prospective customers in the IT industry over the phone to generate leads and set up appointments for IT sales representatives.
Develop a strong understanding of our IT products and services and effectively communicate their benefits to prospective customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting in the IT industry.
Work closely with IT sales representatives to ensure timely and effective follow-up with prospective customers.
Collaborate with IT marketing teams to develop effective tele marketing campaigns and initiatives in the IT industry.
