Yalamanchili Manufacturing operates a manufacturing unit at Butibori, Nagpur & is looking for a highly driven, passionate Production Supervisor to join our team. As an experienced member of the team you will ensure efficient functioning of the factory unit in terms of productivity, quality, administrative aspects, discipline among other items.
Job Profile
o Ensure timely manufacturing & completion of various projects at the factory
o Daily work allocation, production tracking & on-time delivery
o Plan for raw materials, stock availability, timeline management among others
o To ensure machine maintenance activity is conducted periodically
o To maintain administrative discipline, follow factory norms & policies, implement safety norms & procedures
o To build vendor, supplier long term relationships
o To engage with clients, understand their needs & requirements towards improving business activities
To work towards enhancing skill sets, manpower training, addition of machinery among other items
Total Experience – 1 to 5 Years relevant experience
Must have knowledge of Factory and Labour Laws.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
