Job Description

Drive new customer acquisition through Sales Executives or Channel Sales Executive. Monitor quality of new activations in terms of ZMU, FB & SB collection etc. Tracks the sales executives or Channel Partners to achieve daily business, support them in bulk closers, resolve customer issues faced by the front line team.

Key Performance Indicators are the measurement parameters and target which define your accountabilities and responsibilities
Achievement against the assigned target on a month on month basis
Ensure usage within 7 days of activation
Maximize collection of FB & SB
Maintain DRR to achieve monthly target
Support team in achieving daily business by joint calls or resolving issues through support function
Monitor DCR & closely track the bulk funnel


Person with excellent execution skills, eye for detail
Highly enthusiastic individual, willingness to try new things
Good motivator & a team player
Good presentation skills
Ability to maintain good relationship with Senior Level personals in Large SME & Corporate accounts
