Job Description

Identify training needs and training gaps in the organization in a close cooperation with the HR Business Partners and line managers.
Course design, curriculum development, program implementation/delivery and evaluation and on various organizational development techniques.
Design, organize and conduct suitable training programmes to enhance the knowledge base, understanding, and proficiency of the employees.
Develop suitable training materials and manuals and improve training methods to facilitate the transfer of knowledge.
Ensure that the trainees apply the knowledge and expertise while performing the job through a follow-up mechanism to facilitate their learning process.
Ensure that the quality of participants is appropriate and that necessary arrangements are made to support the achievement of the course objectives.
L&D Strategy, best practices in Talent management, leadership development, coaching and mentoring.
Conducting Farmer meetings, Crop Seminars & Field Training.
Prepare effective MIS reports and other statistics.
Develop and formulate Annual training budget and plan.


Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc Agri / MBA Agri Management
Experience: 5 10 Years in the Field Marketing (Agriculture /Fertilizers / Pesticides).
Should be strong in Technical Crop Knowledge.
Location: Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh)
Language: English, Telugu & Hindi
