Kindly find attached JD and company profile for Zonal Sales Manager for Second hand/ Used Car Vertical Division for Karnataka, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh states as a head which includes handling OEMs, Car dealers and other channel partners)

Responsibilities:-
· Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for the region working closely with the ASMs
· Build, train, manage and lead a team of ASMs to drive P&L across all used cars product solutions
· Responsible for dealer signs up as per the defined targets
· Goal setting for various regions
· Responsible for maintaining the dealer network and resolve escalations if any
· Responsible for collections from their regions
· Responsible for upsell/cross sell of various other products in the portals portfolio
· Responsible for retention of dealers
· Market related understanding and feedback specific to all the regions
· Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions
· Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans
· Drive launch of new products if any
