Drive sales of Prepaid (Forex), Credit cards through Branches through a team of BDRs.
Achieve Fincon budget of Branches assigned
Drive Productivity, manage costs of acquisition and ensure compliant sourcing processes
Build and nurture relationships with the branch managers, PB, Relationship Managers and key employees for Lead generation
To coach, mentor and motivate the team to enhance productivity, conduct training and refresher sessions
To drive X Sell like Smart Pay, Add On, Balance Transfer, General Insurance, Card for sure, One Assist, Standing Instruction on Debit Card and Debit Card upgrades.
Adherence to laid down sales processes, SM Planner, DAP leads
To drive convenience products
Portfolio Parameters Activation & Usage :
Right Card To Right Customer approach by upgrading existing card to ensure increased usage and spends
Cross Sell on existing carded customers to ensure higher activation and usage.
2. Description of the Relationships and Roles:
The position holds working relationships within the company.
This position holds working relationship with stake holders of credit cards like AFU, Policy, Product, Customer Service & Collections.
This position also holds working relationship with channel managers of RBB CH/BM/RM/PB.
This position holds working relationship with asset verticals like AL/TW for X sell leads.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: MBA/Graduate with relevant experience is must
2-4 Years in Banking / FMCG / Telecom with relevant work experience in channel management and MIS.
