Managing IT helpdesk calls and logging ticket based on the information provided by the user. Installing, troubleshooting Windows OS, Installing/uninstalling/ troubleshooting desktop applications, email, AV, etc.
Respond to queries from callers; understand users query and provide technical support and assistance; remotely assist all employees or staff with technology problems. Answer staff questions in person or remotely on all company supported applications.
Follow standard Help Desk operating procedures while opening, tracking, and closure of problem resolution or status update. Ensuring timely resolutions & clear communication whether written or verbal is accurate, professional, clear and concise.
Adhere to the security and compliance standards. Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
Allocate complex calls to appropriate IT Support member. Escalate issues using standard escalation matrix to maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries
