Assigning Operator skills Optimize use of tools/technology & workforce management technique
Provide recommendations to the Management on potential issues
Dialer Analyst is responsible for building & supporting campaigns for Outbound Business
Handling end to end Dialer activities & Dialer maintenance for all Outbound Process.
Uploading calling data with all preliminary checks from Dialer end.
Knowledge & Hands on experience with Mega Dialers like Genesys, Davox, Aspect, Noble etc
