Job Description

Lead web chat user-experience strategy and roadmap supporting our marketing and sales organizations globally

Manage end-to-end chat process, including user experience strategy, campaign implementation, measurement & reporting, ongoing optimization, and communication of next-step recommendations

Build out meaningful reporting to show chat effectiveness, trends, and ROI by product line and region. Leverage LivePerson Report Builder tools, as well as business reporting tools such as Tableau and Salesforce to produce actionable outcome-related reports
Derive insights from reports to suggest, create, and oversee web chat experience A/B tests that deliver fundamental improvements to chat engagement and conversion
Partner with web and analytics teams to gain insight into website user behavior to help guide ongoing optimization

Segment website audiences to understand and define web chat experiences based on visitor source/referring channel, visitor frequency, location, product interest, etc.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, support, and implementation teams

Additional tasks, including, but not limited to, creating new user logins, pulling ad hoc agent activity reports, developing and hosting product trainings for internal teams

Skills & Requirements

What You Need For This Position

BS/BA Degree Required
2-3 years of experience in web strategy & optimization in-house or at an agency
Must have experience in using LivePersons LiveEngage UI or equivalent web chat platforms to define and create experiences, pull reports, and analyze data
Knowledge of digital analytics tools preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail required
Strong communication skills (verbal & written); ability to provide concise, clear reporting and actionable analysis
Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
Knowledge of the implementation, measurement, and optimization of digital marketing channels preferred
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, digital attribution, and campaign management a plus
