Branch Manager (Medical Devices)Responsibilities -
Direct all operational aspects of the branch to achieve Sales / Expense/ GP/ Op Profit against the Budget for all divisions such as Hemo-dialysis Medsurg and Cardio Pulmonary products.
Provide demonstrative leadership to the branch team members and customers in all aspects of business.
Manage distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
Assess local market conditions, Develop current and prospective sales opportunities , Prepare forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Bring out the best of Branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation and maintain high level of team spirit, harmony.
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws as per HR Rule book.
Regularly meet customers , decision makers and policymakers and develop personal rapport to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
Skills and Requirements
Strong leadership qualities with persuasive sales ability.
Proven branch management experience, as a manager or similar role in Medical Device / consumables with ability to meet sales goals, Customer focussed attitude.
Experience Growing Branch Revenues, Operating profit through effective sales, Inventory, payment collection management.
Excellent knowledge of modern management techniques – Particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Ability to understand Balance sheet
Written and Oral Communication Skills with attention to the details.
Familiarity with medical device industry’s rules and regulations
Excellent organizational Leadership and human resources management skills
Criterion of Selection and Emoluments
Age group 30 – 45 years
Minimum 10 to 20 years of experience in field of medical devices
Must be based in same city as that of local branch office,speak local language in addition to English and Hindi
Candidate must have worked at least 3 years in current organization
Should be graduate in any discipline with post graduate in business studies
