Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.

With WMS our Customer Service Representative will :
- Manage multiple accounts for delinquency and debt collection efforts.
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding incorrect debt collection attempts.
- Report address changes and maintain files regarding debtors for correct and current contact information.
- Compile reports on delinquent accounts and report missed payments to credit bureaus.
- On-Job Training will be provided.
- Attractive Salary Package + Target based Incentives.
- Alternate Sat working/ Sundays Fixed Off.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Good Communication Skills is a must.
- Ability to learn company collections computer system and phone system
- Negotiation, counseling and problem solving skills
- Strong listening skills, ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions
- Goal Oriented, and seeks to consistently meet aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality goals.
