As the TRMO Lead, this position will be accountable for:

Build and lead a team of risk professionals supporting all TRMO risk management verticals. This will mean but not limited to:
Build and lead a team to deliver quality and cost effective global delivery solutions for the TRMO team
Manage budgets and expenses.
Engage and manage stakeholder relationships and provide cost effective solutions when needed.
Operational Excellence- focus on driving 'doing things right, the first time' and 'continuous improvement'
Risk Management: Proactively identifying risks, building robust internal controls and risk reporting
Engage effectively with partners to plan, assign and manage the delivery of work and performance reporting.
Partner, identify opportunities and build talent capabilities to support global talent strategy requirements of TRMO
Provide leadership in proactive organization planning for the TRMO Risk team, lead the team members and effectively manage their engagement, learning needs, career progression and people management requirements in consultation and partnership with stateside leaders and managers
Work closely with business partners and teams to implement effective change management processes for any changes in the standard operating environment. This would involve assisting in the identification of risks associated with the change, evaluating risk assessments, and ensuring the appropriate risk mitigation plans are being implemented. This also includes understanding the transition framework and the nuances of risk management during the transition of processes, and working with all appropriate stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
Provide delivery oversight for the TRMO functions - Risk Assessment & Control Evaluation (RACE), Monitor & Report and Issue Oversight and provide directions to the teams
Develop and provide periodic report to TRMO management related to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for the TRMO setup
Conducting effective connections and processes with other risk programs, key risk types, sub types and others as warranted
Being informed and communicating new or emerging risks, including appropriate escalation of concerns and issues, assuring the expected controls and control risk library are accurate, up to date and comprehensive at all times.
Communicating program awareness and communicating/training regarding the program for all stakeholders

Required skills :
Technology Risk Management & Oversight (TRMO) will be responsible for maintaining a strong technology risk culture, formulating technology risk appetite and tolerances, and for establishing/maintaining a program to identify, assess, measure, monitor, control and report on significant enterprise technology risks. Consistent with other programs overseen by Corporate Risk, the Technology Risk program provides second-line-of-defense oversight to ensure an independent, integrated, and holistic view of technology risks.
