Voice Process (night Shift)

Job Description

Pull daily reports from OBIEE (customer online application)to identify daily shipments.
Monitor Real Time errors and rectify them as necessary.
Track failure data on Real time as well as PQW (customer online application) process.
Pull daily reports from GIB (customer application interface) for serial numbers.
Identify data gaps between GIB and Siebel (customer application interface) and update missing information in Siebel.
Create IB verification Service Requests for Field Engineers.
Provide support for all field queries.
Triage issues to IB administrator as necessary.
Monitor IB Upgrade Service Requests.
Support IB Verification on Upgrades.
Data remediation support as necessary due to enhancement or any process breakdown
