Profile - Phone Banking Executive
Experience - Min 2 years Outbound/Telesales experience.
Package upto 3.5LPA CTC
Experience - 2 years in outbound / TeleSales
Grade Offered -M2 (Deputy Manager)
Shifts - Flexible to work 9 hours shift (9.30 to 6.30 PM Fixed shift )
Two weekly offs with one Fixed Sunday off and other rotational off
Location - Navi Mumbai, Thane
Job Description:
To exclusively handle Wealth/Privy o calls- schedule equivalent experience profiles from
other competitors
Measure of outcomes NPS, Service Level, Service Quality

HSC PassCandidate must be a Graduate Pass / Appeared with no ATKT
Should be Good in English
Should be comfortable to work in Phone Banking Department between 8 am to 9 pm (any 9 hrs. Rotational shift)
5 days working / 2 rotational week off
Designation hike & Salary hike, after 6 months of joining
Salary for Fresher : 13.5k in hand + P.F. + Medical Benefits + Other Performance Based Incentives
Salary for Experienced : 24.5k in hand + P.F. + Medical Benefits + Other Performance Based Incentives
 
 
 
 
Designation: Customer Care Associate (sub dept will be dicided by managers for you)
Department: Phone Banking / Axis or IDBI or Janakalyan or Central Bank of India
Sub Departments: Credit Cards - Sales / Collection, Debit Cards - Sales, Retail (Individual Loans like personal, home or vehicle) - Sales, Business Loan - Sales
Reporting to: Team Manager
Training Period: 15 days product training & 1 month on job training
Designatin & Salary hike: After completion of 6 months - training shall be provided for TL, QA, QV, Trainer, or any support staff
Job Profile:
To make calls & Answer calls of the existing customers of the bank
Customers may be from small retail shops who want to take debit card / Credit Card swipe machines, seeking for business loan assistance
OR
May be an individual who is looking to take home loan, personal loan, credit card or debit card
Explain them the benefits, eligibility criteria, documents required for appluication, interest rates & etc of the product
Pure Day shifts: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Sunday fixed week off
Basic sales targets (if, acheived you will be paid incentives & if not, then only the slary will be paid)

Age limit: 35 yrs.
Average to Good English is a must
