Job Description

• Implement partnership goals to ensure share of market & profitability of loan products.
• Develop & execute plans & programmes for onboarding different channel partners, both short & long range to ensure the profit growth & expansion of loan products.
• Identifying new business areas, segments for marketing of financial products.
• Acquire regular feedback on latest market trends, competition and other factors influencing sales; organizing promotional campaigns ATL & BTL campaigns and promotional activities for new product launches & special products
• Networking with financially strong & reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share; addressing partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner
• Perform market research to identify brand position, consumer preferences and campaign acceptance with the target group
• Should Initiate cost saving measures to increase the operating and profit margins. reduced the double discounting structure during redemption of gift cards


Team Management-
• Hiring, training and mentoring of the credit Strategic Alliance team having the right start-up mindset.
• Being a new player in the fin tech space, ensured constant communication with the team so as to have a unified credit culture across the firm and teams.
• Ability to think and provide innovative solutions to new-age fintech problems.
• Constant dissemination of knowledge to the team. Continuous Learning & Development.

Technology Development-
• Usage of latest tools and techniques for optimum team performance.,
• Collaborating with analytics team in identifying trends and implementing the same in alliance strategies

Requirements

With 7-8 years of experience in handling loan
- Salary up to 14 L
- Products sales channel partners in new age NBFCs/leading aggressive
private banks
- MBA from Tier 2/3 B schools
