Grows sales revenue (passengers, ancillary, cargo) through all channels with a specific focus on retail and direct sales.
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in line with budget targets.
Leads the sales team focusing particularly on in the field activities.
Defines yearly revenue targets per channel, per region and per city based on shared and approved budget for the financial year.
Devises a suitable channel strategy (OTAs, Consolidators, Retail, Corporate, Web, Call Center, ATOs) both at macro and micro level to achieve the yearly/monthly revenue target (flown, booked, collection targets).
Monitors daily route performances (seat occupancy, average fare, RASK); analyze variances versus targets; analyze competitive scenario; recommend and implement actions for improvements.
Optimizes the overall cost of sales and the cost of sales per channel, with respect to Companys financial targets and strategies.
Manages the sales administration function, MIS, operational performance reporting and streamline processes and systems wherever possible.
Implements the most efficient and reliable distribution system, consistent with the Company Business model in coordination with IT.
Works closely with Head of Revenue Management and Network Planning to have the highest and most profitable consistency between market opportunities and asset utilization
Researches, analyzes and evaluates the competitive market environment and consistently
Proposes product positioning and innovation in products, in line with revenue targets to boost sales.
