Openings For Vice President Sales.
Identify the size of the Sales and CS team for each station and fill the positions within the timelines.
Induct all team members for alignment to the defined Policies of the organisation and the reporting structures including generation of all the related information and reports within timeliness as required by the organisation.
Ensure that all the members achieve the productivity targets set by the company for Sales and CS teams and also follow the processes as designed by the company from time to time.
Ensure that CS update and implement agreed-upon SOP revisions to customer, overseas offices operation team.
Lead and engage in RFQs/Bid Processes for timely completion and to compete successfully.
Monitor performance against stated goals (KPIs).
Manage Client specific KPI Metrics and assist in development of on-going service enhancements and improvements.
Lead as the Guide and Enabler for Sales, Customer Service, and Operations Departments in regards to pricing and service options.
Target Medium and Large accounts in the region and work closely with all the stakeholders to successfully convert these accounts and transition them to OPS/Key account executives.
Identify and create additional organic opportunity within the account, promote other WWL services to grow the business to its maximum potential.
Produce daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly (QBR) reports, focused on KPI performance and current customer-specific initiatives. Assimilate them into reports and use them in the Station specific meetings with the Product heads and Branch P& l heads to make the changes required and for achieving increased customer satisfaction and increased sales from the existing customers. Submit Minutes/Report (highlighting any client concerns) of all meetings to the top Management.
Be available 24/7 to respond and also ensure that the Sales and CS teams are available on hand phone at all times for queries from everyone. Review clients invoicing for consistency and accuracy. Ensure that you run AR reports and DSO reports against the credit period assigned and ensure collections within time.
Review all credit requests from Sales positions critically and objectively before authorizing the credit and forwarding to Credit controller for approvals.
Train all of your team members as required and continually for both Job knowledge and Professionalism.
Be accountable to convert a minimum of one Large account per quarter independently.
Create Sales; Expenditure Budgets for the department and ensure that the same is complied with and all due diligence are followed for approvals.
Have leadership qualities to manage inter personal conflicts, between your teams or otherwise in the most harmonious manner and ensuring peace and unity between departments.
Report to the Director Sales & Marketing /Managing Director on a daily basis either through a conference call or personally depending on the geography of the position.
Be ready to travel extensively within your geography and also outside as may be needed.
Ensure productivity of your time by coming in early to office for meetings in the office and be available to be in front of the customer during the peak productive time.
Work with other leaders in conjunction to achieve the goals of the organisation.
Be creating and innovative in your daily work and create an atmosphere wherein your team can contribute everyday on ideas and innovations.
Be customer centric without losing relevance to the overall goals of the company.
Be biased towards revenue generation.
