This is an Ops Lead - "Manager of Managers" position. The individual is accountable and responsible for Service Delivery, Efficiency Realization, Resiliency, Direct Costs, and Upstream & Downstream Process Relationships and interaction with the larger Organization. Directly responsible for AVPs with oversight to a larger span including the Team Managers and Team Members. The position would Report to the Functional / Ops Head working through Functional / Operational / Relationship issues, Succession and CTB Planning. He/she will work with the AVPs for RTB/ BAU performance, efficiency initiatives, transitioning of any new process, meeting hiring requirements and enabling training. The VP would also be accountable for BCM, Audits and People related initiatives. One of the key expectations is understanding the global organizational matrix, navigating the same and influencing key stakeholders towards optimal decision making.
ïƒ˜ Minimum work experience of 12 years with the last 5 years in a managerial role
ïƒ˜ Prior experience in Reconciliation of Cash & Positions across Investment and Accounting Book of Records against Custodians
ïƒ˜ Preferably with an Asset Manager, Fund Accountant and / or a Custodian
ïƒ˜ Good understanding of Aladdin and / or TLM platforms
ïƒ˜ A quality mindset with a Six Sigma / Lean background would be a plus
ïƒ˜ Fluency in Microsoft Office skills
ïƒ˜ Should be open to work in the required shift
