.To ensure that team members follow all processes related to client meeting, DAR & lead management.
To formulate sales strategies to acquire new retail clients for increasing client base and ensure maximum number of investors are transacting through self & team efforts.
To ensure solution wise volume targets are achieved by all the Sales team members in the branch.
To ensure client service standards are met & delivered to all categories of the clients.
This role is accountable for general administration of branch which includes Up-keeping of Accounts/Records and Cash Management.
Candidate with 4-6 years exp. in Life Insurance venue sales.
Experience in sales team handling in Life Insurance.
