Minimum 2-4 years of IT Recruiting experience in U.S.
Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
Expertise in the creation and use of Boolean search strings.
Work closely with Recruiting Manager to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. Create a comprehensive job description based on Recruiting Managers specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways.
Insure job profiles and position requirements are aligned with business objectives.
Identify, screen and present top talent to the respective requirements.
Manage candidates throughout the interview process.
Leverage to ATS to ensure future searches leverage all data gathered during the process.
