As a recruiter in our Mumbai facility you'll have the opportunity to leverage and enhance your recruiting skills to fill mostly positions with our Clients.
You'll manage a full life cycle recruitment process - creating / posting job ads, souring candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, etc. Most of our positions aren't easy to fill, so "post and pray" doesn't often work.
You'll need to be creative and assertive in sourcing and attracting right talent. You'll lead our managers through the recruitment sourcing and selecting right quality consultants, should have an process in place ensuring all job requirements, company policies and affirmative action guidelines are met.
You must meet the following requirement:
Any Graduate Undergraduate/ Minimum 3 Months To 6 years of experience in US IT Recruiting
English Skill Must Be Excellent.
Experience & well versed with Corp to Corp & W2 Tax Terms should possess knowledge about H1B/EAD-GC/GC/Citizens process.
Well-developed interpersonal skills to negotiate with consultants in various IT-Non IT requisitions that we have for our clients.
Experience working with Dice/Monster/Tech-Fetch/Vendor Management System and Skilled enough to source qualified candidates from Social Networking sites.
Proven experience in both Contract/ Permanent Assignments.
Have a passion to achieve the targets.
Should be energetic & also be a good team player.
Able to cater and serve multiple requirements along with TAT.
Ability to meet the deadlines in an efficient manner with turnaround time
Ability to communicate read , and draft emails in an effective way
Should have zeal in taking new challenges with minimum supervision.
