Job Description

• Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls at respective desks
• Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit; issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs; alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee
• Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, for example on the organisation's location, hours of operation, phone numbers, or email address.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking complaints for miscellaneous electronics appliances.
• Receiving Courier & giving to respective departments/Despatching couriers
• KYC primary checking

Requirements

• Should have Excellent Communication Skills, strong telephone manner and Convincing Power. * Fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali
• Should be able to work with a Team.
• Good at Computers.
• Knowledge in Excel and should be tech savvy
• Good attention to detail
• Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
• Confident, self motivated, friendly personality and team player
• Outbound calling or customer service experience
• Work Experience in Call centre / Front Office / Public Relations / Stock Broking House is preferred
