**Real Estate Experience is Mandatory**

Job Description

1.Collection and Documentation: Documents such as Welcome letter, Demand Letter, Allotment letter, Reminders, Cost sheet, Receipts, Agreements Etc.
2.Effective customer relationship management post- sales activities.

1.Graduate / Postgraduate with at least 5+ years' relevant experience.
2.A Post-Graduate degree/ diploma in Management / Marketing is desired..
3.Possess excellent written and verbal communication.

Work Experience: 2 – 10 yrs into real estate company
Real Estate Exp: at least 1-2 yrs preferred
Location: Kolkata central

CTC: INR 5-6 Lacs (Depending on profile)

Attributes Reqd.: Presentable, adaptive, energetic, enthusiastic and self motivated go getter preferably with clientele and business associate network suitable for real estate operation.

• Handling customers' queries & grievances over phone & walk-in
• Preparing & Executing Agreement between buyer & seller
• Preparing & dispatching demand letters according to construction
• Making calls for collections
• Preparing. & dispatching Money receipts
• Responding to mails of customers on daily basis
• Preparing weekly & monthly MIS Reports
• ERP entries (basic)
• Attending Advertisement calls & providing property details if required.
• Informing customer as well as legal associate for fixing up registrations
• Preparing registration Information Sheet
• Keeping track of returned documents & cheques.
• Coordinating with Accounts department regarding payments (cheque /RTGS) etc..

Our Consultancy charges are redeemed from candidates, their one month salary (CTC) in Two Equal monthly installments, the first installment after receiving the Job Offer/Appointment Letter from the Company and the second one after getting the first month’s salary from the Company.


Procedure of interview – There will be two rounds of interview:
• 1st round will consist of Mock Interview Session with grooming at Spearhead Office to prepare the candidates for the interview. We also arrange for Spoken English & Basic Computer Training Programmes by experienced professionals from the Industry wherever required.
• 2nd round will be at the client’s place whereby the final selection would be done.
