Experienced Telecallers / Telesales executives with atleast 0-2 years experience in selling our IT related products & services.
Should be fluent in English oral and written communication.
Calling clients, giving a sales pitch about the company products and services, working with the sales team to achieve targets etc.
Strong communication skills, enthusiastic & a good team player.
Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
- Good communication skills (speaking, writing & listening) along with interpersonal skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to the needs of IT Professionals and corporate clients.
- Candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft office products like Word, Excel and outlook.
- Need to be dynamic and result oriented.
- Good to have online marketing knowledge.
