1. To check all the goods received is of good quality and correct price
2. To check all the adequate misenpla is ready for the days operation
3. To check all staff has reported on duty, are in proper uniforms & well groomed
4. To check for all the appliances are in working condition
5. To check for the cleanliness of the kitchen area and back section
6. To check previous days consumption report and give it to food production in charge
7. To ensure all garnishes are ready for the day.
8. To inform floor managers about new products and items that are getting damaged to up sell for the day during briefings
9. To check the delivery containers and sauces properly stacked and maintained
10. To check the portioning and packaging is happening properly
11. To check the fridges are daily cleaned and the items in fridges are labeled
12. To check the food that goes to the customers is correct and proper plated.
13. To manage the staff duty rota and duty timings.
