Job Description

Designation: Sales Officer
Qualification: MBA (MKT/ABM)/Any graduates
Experience: 2 -4yrs of experience into FMCG field sales
Salary: INR 2.2LPA – 3.6LPA
Job Location: Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing promotion of own branded Organic food products.
• Responsible for development of Distributor & Retail Sales Channel for selling Organic Food Products.
• Establish good relationships with distributors, high volume clients and other channel partners to meet sales target.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with new & existing clients who require any Organic Product, in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan to achieve sales target and that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

Requirements

Skill Set:
• Must have 2+ yrs. of field experience into FMCG sales and Marketing.
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude.
• Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
• Proven track record in sales environment.
• Socially driven and knows what organic food and farming is.
