Job Description:

*To handle Outbound Sales Call.

*Experienced into share market calling profile

*Develop strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

*Understand customer needs and take action in a timely manner.

*Must have good convincing skills.

Process profile:

• GMT based OB process.

• Related to Forex trading market,

• Operational hours: Mon-Fri(130pm-1030pm IST).


Qualifications and Skills

1. Minimum HSC Pass or Graduate.

2. Around 1 to 2 years of relevant experience desired.

3. Very strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills.

4. Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided).
