Inbound Customer service: providing general product information, service help, or advise to customers.
Inbound Billing: Helping Customers to understand their itineraries, e-tickets, vouchers , quotes ,receipts and invoices and provide them general account information.
Outbound service: following up with existing customer on sale inquiries and problems, as well as providing information about relevant product offerings, gathering opinions, or conducting surveys, etc.
Outbound telemarketing: selling new offerings to existing customers and new customers for which the leads would be provided by Mann Travels.
Inbound Collections: Processing new booking request, existing customer requests (such as meal, seat, wheel chair or any other special service request) coming over the phone or email.
Handle all web chat enquires related to complete booking process.
Handle all Digital and social media( which includes Facebook, twitter, website enquiries, SMS response queries and all other which are available for use in Mann Travel working environment)
Handling complaint related inquiry and channel them to the concerned person for resolution.
Handle all after sales calls.
Handle schedule change queue and bookings.
Handle all communication related to Mann Travel other divisions like date change and cancellation, advertising and all communication related to Airline and Mann Travel itself.
Answer general pre and post-sale queries.
Make any new itineraries according to customer request and make travel itinerary changes as required.
