Candidate should be able to Handle Customer queries & with good customer Service skills and travel related services keeping in mind various SLAs like quality, AHT, sales conversion & efficient customer service. To be able to deal with customers and meet customer requirements.
Candidate should have hands-on exposure of GDS (Amadeus , Galileo ,Sabre , Apollo , etc)
