Travel Consultant - Front Office Executive

Job Description

Transferring all incoming and outgoing calls to the respective departments or numbers.
Efficiently handling and directing incoming and outgoing calls
Handle all the front desk operations
Should have good oral & written communication skills(both English & Hindi)
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring enquirers.
Professional appearance.
Should be good in systems
Preparation of itineraries, costing of Domestic Packages

Maintenance of Record of customer requirements

Ability to convince customers by offering best tour package.

Responsible for organizing, planning and conducting travel and tours for individuals and groups

Make tie-ups with Hotels / Resorts and Transporters

Make hotel booking, issuing vouchers and cancellation

Make sure that the travel runs smoothly from venue to venue without any hassle

Proven working experience as a travel Operation process

Good knowledge of Computer

Excellent communication skill fluency in English & Hindi

knowledge of additional language will add advantage.
