Identifying potential pilots & Onboarding at multiple locations
Training on existing and upcoming modules
Pilot PD interaction and coaching
Ownership of resolving all pilot related issues
Conducting safety audit, Ensuring SOP adherence
Conducting PS infra check and ensuring hygiene.
Coordinating with Central Team on upcoming projects
Take initiatives on improving pilot utilization, TAT adherence.
Lead all communications related to pilots coming from leadership team
Ensure all activities related to pilots are conducted in sync with Rivigo Values
Improve safety performance to achieve 7-sigma level of safety by conducting accident investigation of all reported/unreported accidents and drive implementation of Initiatives around root cause of accidents
Improve safety performance of drivers, identify safety risk drivers, Coach, monitor and ease out those not improving.
