Responsible to lead and deliver end-to-end migration/ maintenance of business processes from our
overseas offices while meeting timelines, budget and delivery expectations and mitigating project risks.
Steering end-to-end coordination of projects including solution design/ conceptualization of transition
road map and implementation of change management.
Devising transition strategy and approach.
Accountable for Cost, Budget, Quality and Speed Metrics of migration.
Responsible for designing the program governance, assurance and delivery methodology.
Ensuring effective business integration across the organization; managing and implementing complex
and interrelated processes from initiation to delivery.
Develop, maintain and review dashboards, project progress and reporting in line with the standards of
transition methodology, business needs & Organizational requirements. Managing and handholding the process from the time the migration agreement is made, through the
pilot phase, till the process becomes productive and hand-over is done to service delivery / operations
Coordinating, negotiating and motivating various stakeholders and functional heads in order to
establish consensus among cross-functional teams in support of time line and project deliverables. Interacting with various stakeholders and functional heads to articulate needs, identify, raise and drive
closure of issues. Review the outcomes of the Transitioned Projects to determine any corrective actions in order to make
