Conducting TNI through different techniques for the assigned territory
Designing training calendar for the assigned branches (based on capability, skills and performance every TM is assigned with 4 to 6 branches) in consultation with sales and training stakeholders.
Flashing the calendar before the month starts to all stakeholders of the assigned territory.
Conduct sessions which are a part of the training architecture in the assigned branches for FLS, Advisors, business mentors, sometimes to BM, BH, AH and RM.
Conduct Need based sessions as per business needs apart from regular architecture, sometimes has to design/contribute in content development.
Actively contribute towards overall achievement of organizational goals, functional goals, team goals and lastly individual goals.
Tracking the performance of trained FLS and advisors (majorly through MIS and analytics support) and provide every possible support to get them qualified to a certain level.
Field demonstration and observations on sales process and product pitching
All these mentioned above requires extensive travelling for 8 to 10 days minimum in the assigned territory.
Above all these one must enjoy the purpose of being an L&D professional i.e. must possess a desire and efforts to make all successful in their professional lives.
Job Requirement -
Candidates already working in training role or sales role (With 2-3 years of experience in Insurance/Financial Industry ready to move into training) are welcomed.
MS Office skill and learning ability is must
Above all person should be ready to take new assignments and have that fire in the belly for his/her growth/progress in corporate hierarchy
