Job Description

Job profile:

1. Give induction to the new joiner's according to the product & process wise.
2. Should give training related to Inbound, Outbound, Support process.
3. Should evaluate quality Calls & do assessment weekly & monthly wise.
4. Share feedback about the audit calls & should attend the escalated sales
calls.
5. Sharing process improvement ideas and observations to the concern
department & teams.
6. Should conduct sales improvement training & activities.
7. Conducting quality sessions for induction batches and team huddles
8. Conducting weekly calibration for the process internally and with the clients
9. Assisting team for daily coverage report, audit allocation, monthly and
weekly reports,
10. Analyzing data of bottom performers and sharing constructive observation
for improvement
12. Floor observations and should have good relationship with the employee's.

Key Skills

1. Language: Hindi is mandatory + any regional language.
2. MS office, PowerPoint MS Excel
3. Project Management
4. Time management
5. Flexible to work in pressured situation
6. Have good presentation skills
7. Immediate Joiner's and Male candidates are most preferable.
