1.Conduct IC 38 refresher course for SPs of CA
2.Assist the RTM in conducting induction training for new joiners of BALIC staff.
3.Conduct trainings on New Products / Product refreshers/customized trainings as per request received for all levels of BALIC Sales Team as well as for the Channel partner sales team including Branch Managers, Regional Managers, SPs.
4.Conduct a pre-training test and post training test.
5.Conduct sessions on sales pitch, objection handling on relevant products.
6.Post product training assist the sales team BALIC / Channel partner on Joint Field work (JFW)
7.Conduct trainings on Competition products (relevant / equivalent to that of BALIC products)
8.Prepare relevant reports as required.
