➢ Keep oneself updated with complete knowledge of the ULIP plans of Aegon Life and competitors, guidelines / circulars issued by IRDAI and other authorities, financial markets and various financial instruments.
➢ Induction, on job training, and evaluation of the investment team to ensure that the team is up to date with product information and selling skills
o Conduct Induction training (Insurance Basics, Financial Market & terminologies, ULIPs, Taxation, Mock Calls & Objection Handling, Soft Skill , Probing & Closing Skill training, CRM etc.)
o Learning evaluation through random call recordings
o Feedback to TL and respective RM on Strengths & Areas of improvement
o Coaching on identified Gaps with one on one discussion as and when required
o Evaluation of behavior by listening to closure calls
o Quality monitoring of closure calls and documentation of feedback
o Regular Knowledge update sessions

➢ Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in Life insurance training with experience in conducting Induction programs, training on Financial markets, Tele-calling setups and soft skills.
