TL/ ASM/ MG- Tele Sales team Handling (Chennai ) (Immediate Position ) Call- HR- ( Nine Eight Four Zero Four Eight Six Six Eight Four)

Vacant Position – TL / ASM/ MG

Location - Kottivakkam- IGP (Tamil/English) , DMS- Teynampet (Tamil /English & Malayalam/English) , Mylapore (Tamil/English).

Responsibilities and Accountability

1. Overall In-charge of the Program with direct responsibility of Sales Targets, Cost Control, Program Profitability, Team Management, Member Support & Service, Client Management (Restricted to Management Level)and Quality control.
2. Familiarization and knowledge of all membership products of the company
3. Interface with the immediate supervisor and develop a calling plan based on generated leads.
4. Responsible for compliance of established Processes, Reporting’s and the Assets in the Office. Ensuring that the teams are adequately trained on processes and the same are followed diligently. This includes following DNC rules without fail.
5. Setting and Meeting performance targets for efficiency, sales, quality and staff retention. Monitoring of Sales from different channels and ensuring that all channels are used in addition to Tele Marketing, (example- Direct Sales, Single Opt in – Emails, flyers, Posters etc).
6. Planning and developing staff recruitment, orientation, induction, training and mentoring. Communicating Organization culture and HR tools to all Staff. Maintain confidentiality of data and security of all organisational/client assets.
7. Planning and testing databases to ensure calling teams have good databases at all times.
8. Supervising Tele calling to persuading Customers to become Members as per approved lead generation script, scripts, script sales forms, objections handling, fact sheet of the hotel, all this in order in the script folders for all sales consultants & regularly updated. Monitoring random calls to improve quality minimize errors and track operative performance. 25% of all Sales must be closed by this Position.
9. Coaching, Motivating and Retaining Staff and ensuring fair Bonus, Reward and Incentive Schemes and ensuring a fair allocation of renewals as per Policy. Reviewing performance of Staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions.
10. Handling most complex customer complaints and queries. Maintaining follow up procedures.
11. Responsible for ensuring transparency and ongoing communication / meetings with the Client/ the Superiors. Escalating issues to senior management and client when required in a timely manner. Responsible for ensuring proper grooming of self & staff as well as ensuring the Staff follow all HR policies and guidelines.
12. Ensuring all Reporting and E Mail / written correspondence with the Members or the Client or the Company are accurate and timely.
13. Recommending Change: Ensuring Program Assessment Document is completed and reviewed with immediate Superior and a point wise Action Plan for change is made and coordinated for the Program on a monthly basis.
14. Accounting MIS Controls: Responsible for managing all operational processes as per specified business controls
15. Collect relevant databases and referrals on each call for tele marketing
16. Organize and track prospects and leads - track Hot and Warm Leads / separately report Bulk opportunities and sales in pipeline status
17. Proposal Preparation
18. Responsible for identifying and establishing sales opportunities and potential customers proactively.
19. Presenting and selling hotel memberships and loyalty services to potential clients
20. Responsible for reporting all sales activities on daily basis/ weekly basis on agreed formats
21. Responsible for the Security, Confidentiality and Integrity, of all information assets within his/her knowledge in accordance with the company’s information security policies

Candidate – Must be an Graduate, Very strong in English Communication, Very Strong in Tamil Language and also in Malayalam Language . Passion for sales and achieving Targets. Expert in MIS Reports . Very strong in negotiation skills , customer service and complaints handling.
Must have handled an outbound Tele Sales Team independently for Minimum of 3 years.

Salary –Monthly Take Home – Rs.20000/- to Rs.35000/-.

Office – work time – 9.30am to 6.30pm, Sunday Week off.
