l Analysis of market trends and competition tracking.
l Analysis of category wise achievement and sales planning to increase product wise market share.
l Outlet expansion.
l Identification of potential markets and planning to increase the Budget numbers.
l Distributor management; Area wise, O/L wise, ROI, Sales Staff.
l Ensuring Product placement and Merchandising at o/l.
l New Product Launches, Product line, width and depth expansion.
l Maintaining hygiene at distributor and market level.
l Inventory control; Stock forecast, inventory management at Distributor, Damage control within 2% of sales.
l Reviewing and interpreting market response to facilitate product growth.
l New Product development feedbacks to quality and marketing.
l Expansion of new towns, potential area and appointing distributor.
