Job Description

Responsible for acquiring business and achieving team sales targets.
Will be responsible to lead & guide the team
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
Imparting Sales & Product training to the subordinates and ensuring high retention of team.
Execute the day plan & monitor the daily working of the Team.
Making joint calls with the executives on field and help them closed the deals.
Keeping to targets and managing KPIs & KRA's.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key areas.
