Territory Manager is mainly responsible for selling products or services directly to a specific Zone/Territory and customers, or indirectly through a retail or distribution organization. They
will report to Respective State Head & National Product Manager.
He has to manage a small team of sales officers & need to monitor their day to day working.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES :
Managing sales of steel roofing business for a territory through innovative marketing.
Ensure achievement of revenue as per target for the specific territory assigned
Channel management: Identifying & networking with channel partners/ retailers,resulting in market penetration & reach for evaluating performance & monitoring the
sales and marketing activities.
Monitoring inventory control, thereby ensuring ready availability of the stock as per the market demand and implementing effective logistic strategies.
Appointing new dealers, distributors and retailers.
Channel sales management
Providing feedback from clients in order to access possible improvements to existing products and also the need for new products
Willingness in traveling and working in a team of professionals
Be creative, as well as possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills to successfully motivate staff and present information to customers
Good knowledge on company products and services
