Qualification: Graduate and Post Graduate
Year of Experience: 8- 10 years in financial services
Type of experience: Insurance Sales, FMCG, Financial Services
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in financial services, at least 3 years of experience in selling various financial / investment product in corporate, preferably with exposure to group sales in life insurance companies.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Owning and Achieving target set out of various product applicable to group sales
· Comprehensive market mapping in designated geography or segmented verticals
· Ensure competitive presence in every opportunity leading to closure within the geography or segmented verticals
· Ensure strong funnel of potential opportunities is maintained, at all times, to meet monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual targets.
· Relationship management with new and existing clients as well as with multiple intermediaries
· Interact with group operations, actuarial, legal, finance, investments and other related departments to seamlessly achieve business objectives
· Ensure compliance and implementation of company policies
