The role reports to the Regional Franchise Development Manager and is responsible for business expansion & franchise development of KIDZEE Pre-School. The candidate requires excellent skills to communicate & present effectively to a potential Business Partner. The candidate will be responsible
for brand building & marketing impacting enrollments targets.
Single point of contact for the Business Partner and Coordinating with him for smooth function
of Franchise academic centers.
Identification of potential segments in the city for conducting activities.
Organize new initiatives and determining marketing activities for the same.
Brand Building of the school in the target markets and inspecting the centers.
Ensuring academic processes and delivery are of the best quality as per the company standards.
Visiting and Inspecting the centers with respect to the training imparted.
Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market.
Development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
Tier correction and its procedure-Completion/Lost enquiry/Market survey/Catchment analysis.
