Job Description

This opening is for Female candidates only and is a permanent 9:30 to 5:30 six days a week job in Tele sales for up-selling and cross selling of Manufactured Engineering Components
Selected Candidates are expected to :
Perform outbound calls to our customers (Leads are provided).
Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the Quality standards
Work closely with Seniors to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve (or exceed) committed target
Understand Business by studying it's requirements, matching, comparing and contrasting competitors.
Maintain rapport with existing customers; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions, proposal building and proposal writing.
Close sales by overcoming objections; completing sales contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering and financing;
Provides management information by completing reports.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; going through professional publications.
Ensure timely payment collection,
Target achievement.
Complete day to day administration tasks.
Must have command over English, Be Honest, Hardworking, Have Positive Attitude, Very Good communication and presentation skill, Learning attitude.
Working knowledge of Tally will be of advantage

Requirements

Mature, updated Female candidates only

Graduate from recoginized university

Experiance of one year in telesales /call center preffered

Willing to travel on official duty is required.
